Shilo was born on October 27, 1998. Janice decided upon purchasing Shilo that she would like to train her in obedience and to show her in obedience trials. Shilo has been attending training sessions since she was eight weeks old at several different locations.

She was in her first obedience trial in August of 2000. She received her AKC Companion Dog Title in the minimum three shows. She received two first placements and one third placement at those shows. She has since received her World Wide Kennel Club Companion Dog Title and recently received her United Kennel Club Companion Dog Title as well.

Shilo has earned numerous placements and was ranked as the # 1 Novice B Shetland Sheepdog for the year 2000. She also is ranked as the # 17 Shetland Sheepdog in obedience. She is currently training for Open where she will earn her Companion Dog Excellent Title.

Shilo is an extremely loving Sheltie and has a wonderful disposition. She thoroughly enjoys competing and enjoys watching herself on video even more. She has proven to be an intelligent, beautiful and loving companion that has most certainly earned her a special place in our hearts. Janice looks forward to many more years of showing her in the obedience ring.
