Jesse came to live with us in 1998 when he as 9 weeks old from Jean Simmonds of Carmylie Shelties. I fell in love instantly with this boy. He was my first real show prospect. I ended up with not only my first champion, but a very helpful long-distance mentor and a supportive friend. Jean helped me more than I can even list here, and even put his first major (4pt) and 4 singles on him when he was a year and a half old. Jesse then came back home and was finished by Sunway Presentation.

Jesse is very sweet and extremely playful. Jesse is also titled in Obedience in AKC, Canada and UKC! He is very happy to work, is very consistent and just wants to please. I adore this boy and am very grateful to Jean for giving us a chance with this special dog.

Jesse fell in love with Kathie Perron (shown above with Jesse), of Skyewind Shelties while he was there in Canada to show. That boy did nothing but mope when he came home. When I talked to her on the phone, his ears would perk up and he'd look so happy! People in Canada told me how bonded he was to her. It broke my heart to part with him, but I love him dearly and he was everything I ever wanted him to be and more ... and of course I wanted him to be happy too. I think all those years, Jesse politely "tolerated" me. So Jesse got his hearts desire and now lives with Kathie, who is now his co-owner, while I continue to brag on this exceptional boy here in Florida.

From puppy to Champion, Jesse has been appreciated for his solid structure, beautiful movement, handsome outline, incredible neck, melting face/expression.
